The County of Humboldt has received a CDBG Grant Award to prepare a Site Specific Feasibility Study to assist the Community of Willow Creek in its efforts to develop wastewater capacity. The WCCSD is engaged in the planning phase of a wastewater system to serve the Urban Center of the community. A feasible plan that will garner the attention of funding agencies and provide a viable wastewater system within a practical economic range for our community is the goal of this study.
